Delivery Policies

1. Order Processing
   Order processing time is 2 to 3 business days before shipping. After this period, your order will be dispatched with the selected delivery method.

2. Delivery Times
   Standard Shipping (7-15 business days): Free

Delivery times start counting after payment confirmation and order processing.

3. Tracking
   All orders include a tracking number, which will be sent by email after dispatch.

4. Delivery Areas
   We deliver throughout the European Union. For other countries, please check availability at checkout.

5. Delivery Issues
   If the order is returned due to an incorrect address or absence, we will contact you for reshipment (subject to a reshipping fee).
